Customer Service Representative

For our site in Cham, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative**.**
**The Role**:
- Contract Billing: Understanding a contractual agreement to identify the established milestones, track the completion of the defined activities and issue the associated invoices.
- Contract Review (customer orders receiving, data check and orders loading into the system).
- Expediting: monitoring of whole orders process (from order entry to delivery).
- Monitoring of shipment dates in order to respect our client commitment.
- Daily updating of data / information in the software, according to the internal procedures (OTD)
- Monitoring raw materials and components of clients’ property (arrival into the plant and eventual storage in our warehouse)
- Loading and verification of customers forecast according to procedure in place (S&OP)
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and contract billing
- Fluent in English AND in French; Polish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship building skills
- Flexibility is a must
- Proactive, able to look for solutions and solve problems
- Analytical thinking
- Motivated, willing to develop, grow and learn
- Experience in pharma is a plus, but not mandatory
