We are looking for a Retail Marketing POS Quality Professional (100%) for a permanent position. The main focus of this role is to test, develop and manage technical solutions at POS, ensuring efficient implementation and rollout. In addition, the role includes comprehensive project management responsibilities such as budgeting, scheduling, quality control, reporting, reviewing, and documentation. Moreover, this position provides support to the Retail Marketing Team. Role and Responsibilities Your tasks, you - test the technical POS solution provided by HQ - customize and develop the local technical POS solution - work with partner channel to implement technical POS solution - collaborate with POS communication, construction, and quality professionals - maintain and develop RMS/Content technical infrastructure and systems - are responsible for the technical training of POS solution internally and externally - provide training and technical support to field agents and partners - provide support for VIP visits for all product groups in Switzerland - create technical documentation and guides for internal and external use - are responsible for project management, including budgeting, implementation planning, invoicing, and documentation Skills and Qualifications Your profile, you - have a technical commercial degree (e.g. IT, multimedia, technical customer support) or similar - have experience in the IT, telecommunication, consumer electronics industry (3 to 5 years) or related industries - preferably have experience in retail marketing or related fields - have a strong understanding of Android operating system and API connectivity as well as network technology - are excellent in the use of PowerPoint and Excel - preferably have ERP experience in N-ERP, SAP, or similar - are fluent in German and English, French or Italian is a nice to have - have a good understanding of design requirements and reading technical drawings - have strong communication and presentation skills - have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking among your strengths What we offer you We offer you challenging tasks and responsibility from day one, a professional environment with all the benefits of a major international corporation and a salary package according to your qualifications and experience.
