**POSITION**

Main tasks will be the overall supervision and management of the sales outlet.

This will include:

- Supporting Assistant Store Managers with staff management (schedules, replacements)
- Ensuring processes are in place and respected
- Recruiting sales staff and monitoring their integration
- Participate and supervise inventories
- Manage, motivate and develop the sales team
- Ensure proper transmission of information
- Ensure the proper organization and upkeep of the sales outlet
- Monitor activity through various KPIs

But also:

- Occasional participation in training sessions
- Optimize product layout according to points of sale/customers
- Supervise sales events
- Set up and monitor POS displays
- Implement sales policy
- Supervise compliance with operational procedures (checkouts, transfers, inventories)

**PROFILE**

- Strong team management
- Excellent communication skills
- Versatility in sales / administration / operations
- Charisma / leadership
- Dynamic / initiative
- Bilingual GER/ENG, FR/ITA being an asset.
