**GLOBE Travel Retail **is part of the GLOBE GROUP and operates at airports and its Duty Free Stores in Switzerland and France.
We are looking for **Brand Ambassador.**
**Your tasks**:
- being a Sales Representative of our customer - Japan Tobacco International (JTI)
- providing the highest level of exceptional customers service
- welcoming consumers in Duty-free Stores, assisting them in the discovery of JTI products range
- controlling the merchandising and stocks
- ensuring the smooth operation of the business
- creation of quality and disturbance reports for Japan Tobacco International (JTI)

**Details about position**:
- Starting date: as soon as possible
- **Workload Opion 1**: 100% - 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
- **Workload Option 2**:60% - 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)
- Working hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday 12:00 - 21:00/ Tuesday, Wednesday 08:30 - 17:30
**You are**:
- experience in sales and customer service
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); any additional language is a big advantage
- Dynamic, passionate about selling and promoting
- With a high sense of responsibility and motivation
- Flexible and open-minded
- Ability to assure customers to buy your product
