**The role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketeer to support with building a global marketing function in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, international company. You will be the second member of a recently-created marketing function. This will be a wide ranging and varied role covering all aspects of the marketing mix including internal and external events, communications, social media, design, digital marketing, CRM, and content creation. This provides a unique opportunity to get exposure to the full marketing mix and to enable you to shape a future role in the areas which you are most passionate about.

- Organizing events (internal and external including the bi-annual Genioo Academies)
- Social media (primarily LinkedIn)
- Digital marketing, including video and podcast recording and editing, website management
- Owning the brand and ensuring quality and consistency of marketing materials
- Engaging with the wider business to promote marketing internally
- Engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders both in-person and remotely, across different geographies

**What we look for**
- Bright team-player with proven marketing experience in a professional services, software industry or a company which has experienced rapid growth
- Strong ability to support with marketing campaigns, events, social media, website management
- Experience of using Adobe products (In-Design, Photoshop) and video/podcast editing software
- Good writing skills with a high attention to detail and experience of drafting social media posts, internal and external communications
- Creative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders across different functions in an assertive but diplomatic manner
- Self-starter and strong ability to prioritize and drive own work
- Experienced of marketing automation (Pardot) is a plus
- Awareness of SEO and PPC preferred but not essential
- German language skills preferred but not essential
