**Europe Client Development Director (M/F)**

Permanent contract based in Geneva, to be filled as soon as possible.

**Do you match the profile?**

You have a proven experience in Retail/Marketing including CRM & Client Experience.

You are very comfortable with data management and analytics with the ability to interpret trends.

You are business oriented and have already worked in a fast-growing environment.

You are able to develop action plans with your team and achieve ambitious objectives.

You are persuasive, engaging and have a great ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

You are flexible to travel across our Region and deep dive into our European markets.

**What do we expect from you?**

As Europe Client Development Director, you will have to orchestrate with your team, the implementation of the Maison's client strategy in the region in a coherent manner across all markets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Enable the markets to adapt the Maison client strategy to local specificities.
- Guarantee a 360° understanding of customers & customer journeys within the Region by relying on international tools.
- Roll-out the client activation strategy to support the business of each market.
- Orchestrate the client experience strategy, be responsible for consistent tracking of client satisfaction across the region.
- Develop team leadership and expertise.
