OVERALL MISSION As a Private Client Relations Manager you are a brand ambassador for the Maison and a role model of client relationship building for our stores across Central Europe which encompasses Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. Reporting to the Director of Client Development and Events and as part of the local Clienteling & Event team, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients across Central Europe. Your main goal is to collaborate with our store teams to create unforgettable moments for these sophisticated clients, to strengthen the relationship with them and to identify and win new high potential clients. Your convincing personality is rounded off by your profound instinct in dealing with unique personalities and a strong desire of delivering service excellence. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Private Client Relations Development - Implementation of the international Private Client Relations strategy with focus on the high-end product universe, “Les Extraordinaires” - Be a key driver in supporting the stores to develop their top clients in strategic and high-end categories, helping them build long term client relationships, - Development of out-of-the box ideas to challenge the stores in identifying new high potential clients and turn them into top spenders - Development of new creative ideas to foster and retain our existing high-end and fashion clients - Development and roll-out of materials to support trainings for stores on the topic of client development - Creationof individual client development action plans in close collaboration with the stores and support them in the implementation - Monitoring and follow-up of a II activities; running analyses to better understand performance and areas for improvement - Stay up to date on competition and develop a strong knowledge of the brand and our products. International High-end Events & Fashion Shows - Management of client selection, client validation process, preparation of event participants and coordination of client hospitality programs of international events (e.g. High Jewellery, High Watch Making, Savoir faire) - Onsite support at international events to support CA's in managing and entertaining their clients - Follow-up on performance and quantitative and qualitative reports after events - Coordination & supervision of other Private Client activities for your country (e.g. workshop visits, client bridges) - Close collaboration with the Merchandising team (local / EMEA) Private Client Ambassador Support - Coordination of the international private client ambassador program - Main contact for Private Client Ambassadors in the stores, support and coach them with the needed tools - Management of the Private Client Ambassador community (e.g. community meetings, best practice sharing) - Development of individual client action plans in close collaboration with the Private Client Ambassadors
PROFIL
Your Profile - Bachelor degree in a related field, MBA preferred - At least fi years experience in client relationship management, preferably within luxury retail or luxury hospitality. - Sales experience, preferably in luxury. - Ability to work in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams to achieve aligned objectives - Great team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker and able to understand the art of hosting by having flawless attention to details - Natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a strong network of peers and partners. - Excellent German and English language skills, French is highly. Any other language a plus. - Perform as a team-player - Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior, demonstrate a thorough understanding and exemplary respect of the company's policies and procedures
