**Relationship Manager - Moyen-Orient**

CHF Capital SA offre des services de gestion de placements à des particuliers principalement basés au Moyen-Orient. En conséquence, l'entreprise devra avoir la capacité de recruter des personnes qui combinent à la fois une compréhension approfondie des marchés financiers et un solide réseau de relations dans les pays cibles.

Les qualifications suivantes sont exigées:

- Posséder une connaissance des marchés, des produits financiers, du conseil en investissement, de la gestion privée d’actifs et de la gestion de portefeuille de par une formation académique de niveau universitaire Master in Finance (ou équivalent) et des années d’expérience professionnelle.
- Posséder une capacité à établir une relation de confiance avec les clients existants de CHF Capital afin de consolider et développer les activités de la société, ce qui présuppose un sens développé en matière de service à la clientèle et une capacité à anticiper les besoins des clients.
- Témoigner d’une expérience et compréhension approfondie du modus operandi et de la culture d’entreprise des banques du Moyen-Orient, permettant à CHF Capital d’avoir un accès plus diversifié, personnalisé et avantageux aux banques régionales, et aux clients actuels et futurs permettant ainsi à l’entreprise de profiter de cet avantage relationnel.
- Une connaissance de la culture orientale, des problématiques et des préférences d’investissements des clients du Moyen-Orient pour la bonne gestion, le développement adéquat et maintien des portefeuilles existants de CHF Capital.
- Avoir d’excellentes qualités de communication, aussi bien avec à l’interne qu’avec les clients, avoir la capacité d’établir une relation « clients » privilégiée et en traitant avec expertise leurs besoins et attentes (en termes d’investissements, crédits, restructuration financière, etc.).
- Posséder une éthique irréprochable avec une parfaite connaissance des règlementations en vigueur et des usages financiers et bancaires notamment en ce qui concerne la prévention du blanchiment de capitaux (« AML »), les contrôles « KYC », la gestion des risques, la validation des analyses AML, l’ouverture de nouvelles relations d’affaires, la revue périodique des clients à risque accru et PEPs etc.
