**Are you a good match?**

You have a confirmed experience as HR Director with a good knowledge of European local labor regulations. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating with others. You are solution driven and able to navigate in a matrix organization. You are fluent in English and French. Any additional European language will be a plus.

**What are we expecting from you?**

Reporting to the President of Van Cleef & Arpels in Europe, the Regional HR Director will lead and facilitate the development of a highly effective, strategic HR function in Europe that ensures the organization has the structure, culture and talents needed to adapt to business priorities.

**In this function, you will**:

- Roll out the Maison HR strategy assessing regional specificities and priorities for each European markets
- Act as the HR Ambassador in the Region and assure consistency and transmission of the Maison values and DNA across Europe
- Drive HR processes, guarantee regional consistency and foster HR excellence
- Guarantee constant collaboration between Richemont, markets entities and international HR teams
- Partner with Executive Committee level in Europe to better anticipate training needs, career-path, and talent development initiatives
- Manage the HR team under direct responsibility to provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities
- Be the regional counterpart for international HR teams at HQ level
