You have a proven experience with similar responsibilities in project management.
You are at ease with supervising construction sites and managing architecture projects.
You are recognized for your attention to detail, organization skills and high-quality standards in your deliverables.
Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous and good communicator, you demonstrate a strong capacity to work transversally and in a collaborative way.
You speak English & German fluently, French language skills are a plus.

**What are we expecting from you?**
Reporting to the Store Design Planning Senior Manager Europe-CIS and in collaboration with the regional and local departments, you are supporting the Maison network growth. You are responsible for managing store openings & refurbishments projects across the Europe region, in line with the defined timings, budgets and Maison quality standards.

This role is based in Geneva, within the Retail Store Design Planning team for Europe-CIS.
Frequent travels are to be planned within the region (France, Germany & Austria, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain & Portugal) to follow-up on projects execution locally.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Participate in project briefs elaboration
- Follow-up on & update the projects planning & budget along the way
- Liaise with local stakeholders to ensure projects realization as per timelines, budget & Maison standards
- Collaborate with all internal partners involved to ensure efficient boutique openings
- Estimate the CAPEX for projects with Finance teams and follow-up on budget & landing
- Acquire a strong understanding of local framework & practices impacting a store opening project
- Build reporting and share best practices with counterparts
