At b-rayZ we work to save women’s lives through breast cancer early detection. Our AI medical software is developed in close partnership with radiologists and breast cancer centers in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Norway. We are an ISO-13485 compliant spin-off of the University Hospital of Zurich and distinguish ourselves by working independently in small teams with short decision-making and communication channels.
We are looking for you: a business development professional passionate about working with clients and internal stakeholders to shape relationships, opportunities and deals that meet their needs and leverage our unique value proposition. - Main Tasks
- Work with the CEO to define and execute regional go-to-market strategies
- Generate and nurture your leads whether they originate from your own efforts, referrals, industry and networking events or marketing programs
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to create winning proposals
- Achieve and exceed annual new business and revenue targets
- You Offer
- You have experience in working independently in an international environment
- You have 5+ years of sales/business development experience
- Experience in selling design, engineering, or consulting services within the Medtech, life sciences or digital health industries;
- Successful business development & sales leader in the software industry or experience in a similar customer / sales-oriented activity
- Good knowledge of the IT or Medtech service industry and of its (IT) processes
- A demonstrated ability to articulate competitive advantages and business benefits of an IT/AI product and outsourcing
- Proven track record in new client acquisition
- Convincing personality with senior appearance on C-level and a strong customer
- and service-oriented mind-set
- Talented negotiator and good at closing deals
- You are able to self-motivate, structured and independent working style with a pragmatic and hands

- Trustworthy, with a reassuring, convincing manner, results-driven and committed to reach targets
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are proficient in German and English, fluency in French and/or Italian is an advantage

- Manage sales opportunities across the full sales cycle
- Build cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth
- Coordinate and organize meetings with prospects as well as internal resources; prepare and hold presentations and workshops
- Define marketing campaigns and generate high-quality content to generate inbound leads
