We're exclusively representing a multibillion medical solutions manufacturer that offer innovative life changing solutions and are recognised as the market leader within their specialty field. Having been established for over 100 years, they are at the forefront of medical technology and are continuously driving digitalisation through initiating projects that encompass artificial intelligence and machine learning.

This role has a considerable remuneration package with a triple-figure base pay, high uncapped bonus and attractive extra benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and communicate the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) marketing strategy based on the global and EMEA marketing strategy, i.e. develop and implement guidelines and framework for the local market organisations. Communicate the marketing and sales strategy and product launches to the field sales team.
- Identify, propose and implement marketing concepts that can transform the wound care business model in DACH into a more sustainable model, including omnichannel programs.
- Identify new growth opportunities - based on HCP segments, patient segments, wound types or products - and develop plans on how to exploit the potential. Develop business cases, if required.
- Oversight and accountability for the product launch process (potential, strategy, pricing, pre
- and post-launch governance).
- Provide disciplinary and technical leadership and development to Marketing team.
- Coordinate or set up the marketing team so that DACH marketing is highly efficient and productive
- Budget planning and sales planning per product in cooperation with Sales and approval of the budgets in coordination with the Business Director.

**About You**:

- Business studies with a focus on marketing or comparable education as a diploma course or master's degree.
- Several years of demonstrably successful work in a strategic and/or operational management role in marketing in medical technology. Experience in sales is desirable.
- Decisive knowledge of the relevant market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland combined with a strong network in the DACH market.
- Ideally experience in the field or in comparable segments with special products and systems requiring explanation.
- Business fluent in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement
- Secure knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and the use of CRM systems
- High social competence, personality with convincing appearance and charisma and ability to think strategically combined with strong analytical skills
