Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Director of Marketing Communications (m/w) mit einem Pensum von 60 - 100%.

In unserem Hotel hast du die Chance die Marketing-Kommunikationsstrategie zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Du kannst dich beim Redigieren von Texten, insbesondere auf Englisch, voll ausleben und kreierest in Zusammenarbeit und im Austausch mit verschiedenen Departements aussergewöhnliche Gästeerlebnisse.

**Qualifications**:
Das zeichnet dich aus:

- Sicherstellung der 360°-Implementierung von Kampagnen auf allen Ebenen und Berührungspunkten, um den Bekanntheitsgrad und die Reputation des Hotels und der F&B-Outlets vor Ort sowie in der Schweiz und den wichtigsten Zubringermärkten zu steigern
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Markenidentität in allen Outlets auf allen Kanälen und an allen Berührungspunkten (einschliesslich Hotelmaterial)
- Zusammenarbeit mit und Überwachung von PR- und Digitalagenturen
- Erstellung des jährlichen Marketingplans, monatliche Berichterstattung über die wichtigsten strategischen Ziele und Kampagnen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresbudgets und der Planung, Verwaltung des genehmigten Budgets
- Ansprechpartner für externe Parteien wie Medien und Interessengruppen zum Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften
- Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter vor Ort in Bezug auf Kommunikations
- und Marketinginitiativen
- Beaufsichtigung eines direkten Mitarbeiters (Marketingkoordinator)
- Leitung der Umsetzung neuer Projekte wie E-Mail-Marketing, Erstellung von Websites in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Inhalten (Leitung von Foto
- und Videodrehs im Einklang mit den Markenrichtlinien)
