Leitwert enables patients, care providers and researchers to improve quality of life and health outcomes through deeper insights gained from medical wearable devices. We provide software for wearable devices and the Device Hub IoMT platform for their integration into clinical research and healthcare processes. As an innovative and dynamic startup out of ETH Zurich, we are successfully contributing to the digital health transformation since 2014.

As the responsible person for business development and sales, you will take the lead to grow product revenues of the Device Hub platform and build up an effective sales organisation. Together with the product team, you improve the revenue model for scalability and profitability. You support the CEO and management team in Business Development and fundraising activities. Your contribution will play a key role in paving the way for the next growth step of the company.

Tasks

**Main responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for turnover of Device Hub product business, directly reporting to CEO
- Pursue new business opportunities for the Device Hub platform in the area of digital health
- Build up reference clients and develop existing accounts
- Build up an effective sales and distribution organisation
- Maintain a well-documented sales pipeline for effective collaboration and accurate revenue projection

Additional Responsibilities
- Leverage and enlarge Leitwert’s network in medtech, pharma and healthcare markets
- Refine product-market fit through continuous discovery with the product team
- Optimise business model for scalability and profitability with the product team
- Refine and implement the go-to-market strategy
- Support CEO with fundraising activities

**Requirements**:
You have a constructive, proactive and open personality and look forward to working in an agile start-up environment. You work independently, adapt easily to new challenges, and convince with your focus on delivering results. Furthermore, you strongly identify with our values and vision to improve healthcare and clinical research with data from wearable devices.

We are looking for a sales professional with the following track record:

- Growing revenue and building up an effective sales organisation in a technology-driven business
- Successful go-to-market for an innovative product
- Of advantage:

- Experience in selling complex software products
- Experience in Digital Health and clinical trial market
- Professional network in the medtech and healthcare industry (medical device industry, healthcare providers, clinical research, pharma, clinical IT)
- Proven leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial experience, preferably in a startup environment

Languages

To interact with our clients and the team you need to be fluent on a professional level in English and German.
