We are exclusively looking for an **Area Sales Manager **in charge of the German part of Switzerland for one of our clients, a leading international car manufacturer.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales and service targets (parts and accessories) in the area of responsibility
- Monitor and analyze the sales and service performance of the agents, in terms of margins, discounts, productivity and overall profitability
- Implement action plans
- In charge of achieving customer follow-up, process and training objectives
- Monitor customer satisfaction as well as the image and presentation of the brand in the network
- Monitor agent compliance with brand standards
- Develop and advise on local communication through an effective marketing action plan in line with the national plan
- Support and advise agents and promote strong agent relationships
- Motivate and incentivize agents through event-based activities.
- Ensure ongoing review of potential new agents
- Fleet business development
- Used car business development
- Join, support and manage any business projects or requests.
**Your profile**:

- German or Swiss-German and fluent English. French a real advantage
- Proven understanding of the Swiss car distribution culture and structure
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and initiative skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- Take responsibility for sales objectives
- Experience in car retailing
- Intermediate knowledge in marketing and promotion
