**Job Summary**
CISD has an exciting opportunity to join the team as an **Aftermarket Solutions Manager for Central Dealers ** In this role, you will lead a team of Construction Industries Aftermarket Solutions Representatives (ASRs) who cover 62 growing dealers in EAME and Asia-Pacific. Through your guidance, your team will achieve total CI STU (Sales to End Users) business plan and POPS-C (Percent of Parts Sales Caterpillar) for these regions. Additionally, you will guide the continual transformation toward a customer-oriented Sales Execution & Marketing Culture. Essentially, you will deliver aftermarket growth for parts and labor and sponsor the growth and development of ASRs to develop effective dealer Parts & Service Sales Managers and achieve the desired business results.
**What you will do**:
- Deliver the Annual Parts Business Plan for the territory and achieve parts sales objectives for targeted customer segments and Big Rock Initiatives
- Cultivate a customer-oriented Sales Execution & Marketing Culture
- Support Services Growth Initiatives as well as Cat Dependency process for target dealers in the Region
- Participate in Leadership Tables to drive overall dealer strategy
- Supply accurate competitive intelligence gathered from the field and documented in Caterpillar systems
- Provide input to parts orders business plan and S&OP process
- Drive dealer parts & service sales by implementing monthly sales management meeting
- Manage the sales funnel and key account management within own teams. Consolidate and communicate VOC & VOD on won/lost parts & service sales to internal business teams for action
- Sponsor the growth and development of District ASRs and dealer parts & service sales managers within assigned territory
- Lead the implementation of the digital transformation of sales processes
- Drive the aftermarket solutions sales to achieve business plan
- Ensure optimum use of Parts Sales Variance to meet yield annual business plan and growth targets
- Champion and influence change related to Caterpillar parts & service support strategies, products, and services
- Drive improvements in parts & service sales management processes at dealers in region. Increase dealer closure rate for parts & service sales opportunities, leveraging marketing campaigns to maximize sales result
- Provide product support account management at a corporate level with assigned Top Growth Accounts
**What you have**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles
- Customer focus, communication, negotiation, influencing, selling and project management skills
- Experience with business planning and sales forecasting
- Field experience working directly with Cat dealers in aftermarket
- An understanding of direct sales and/or sales management experience
- Assignments in parts & service sales, marketing or support.
