**Product Manager (Industry Solutions Transport & Logistics) at Scandit Zurich** As Product Manager you're starting off to build new products and solutions for our core vertical Transport and Logistics. Following Scandit's "Imagine the what. Build the how." motto, you will drive all phases from ideation and validation, development, successful launch and growth of the one or many products you're bringing to life. Becoming the domain expert in Transport and Logistics and building out a network to understand the market needs will enable you to come up with new product ideas and receive direct feedback where Scandit's smart data capture technology can provide value. You will be responsible for the ideation and conceptualisation of new smart data capture solutions and their evaluation during proof of concept phases all the way up to the minimum viable product. Together with Industry Solution Managers, you will analyse the target market while verifying technical feasibility and performance with Product Engineers to ensure a high value product solving market needs. **What You Will Do** - Analyse processes and workflows in Transport and Logistics and work with users to identify their challenges. - Ideate and conceptualise new products and solutions. - Coordinate the technical feasibility studies and quantify the value of the product. - Specify Product Requirements and track product development. - Launch and optimise products to increase the product value and expand the market reach. **Who You Are** - Experienced Product Manager with a track record of launching new products. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify user needs. - Excellent communication with business partners and engineers. - Degree in Engineering or a related field. - Open minded, sociable, and driven personality. - Solid English communication skills, both oral and written. - Eligible to work in Switzerland. **Who We Are** **Scandit** enables enterprises and consumers to change the way they interact with everyday objects and augment the physical world with real-time data captured by scanning barcodes and recognizing text, objects, and other visual identifiers using smartphones, tablets, wearables, drones and robots. **Scandit**'s mobile data capture platform is built on proprietary computer vision, augmented reality, and machine learning technologies.
