In an effort to reinforce our regulatory product compliance team, we seek for a Regulatory - product compliance manager. As part of the regulatory team, the manager will lead with various regulatory matters, with a specific focus on regulation change management.
The manager will work very closely with the wider regulatory team as well as the R&D cross-functional teams and reports to the regulatory senior manager.

THE ROLE

In this role you will contribute to overall regulatory compliance.
The main responsibility will be related to regulation changes and in particular:
Work closely with regional regulatory
Drive the impact assessment of the regulation to Coty product portfolio
Communicate efficiently about the regulation to internal non-regulatory stakeholders.
Manage the project and follow-up as necessary

Additionally, you may be requested to conduct other activities
Understand and coordinate retailer requests
Collect and assess regulatory documentation
Assess / approve overall product compliance
Develop new tool and process to improve efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Essential**:
Minimum 5 years of regulatory experience in cosmetics
BS or MS in sciences or cosmetics
Understand the regulatory framework in various geographies
Project management experience with very strong organizational and analytical skills
Good command of IT systems, eager to learn and navigate in new IT environments, able to create and maintain database (pivot table, access database creation, etc.)
Team player, able to build relationship with the team members on site and in other locations
