**Lead Product Manager**:

In this role you will be responsible to manage profit and loss and ensure business growth through the group of products of ABB Furse, SPD and Helita offering to targeted market segments, by developing and managing it through all of its life cycle phases, according to market needs and Product Group strategy and targets. Location: Europe

**This position reports to**:
Global Product Management Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining and overseeing implementation of the group of products strategy. Ensuring on-going business development and holds profit and loss responsibility.
- Ensuring development of performance targets and ensure achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement action as need it.
- Evaluating market opportunities for ABB FURSE, SPD and Helita products to expand current segments, geographical area of influence and product portfolio, and decide appropriated activities in line with strategy.
- Ensuring execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing and prioritizing new product development and initiatives of the product group for achievement of targets and strategic fit.
- Building and maintainig strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Driving innovation to meet the needs of present demands without compromising the needs of future generations as per ABB sustainable goals.

**Your background**:

- Up to 10+ years on similar role.
- Background in Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience working in Project & Product Management.
- Strong Leadership and people management experience.
- Effective communicator & excellent interpersonal skills with systematic thinking and ability to influence.
- Experience in Market & Business intelligence
- Availability to travel internationally
