You will engage with companies to build highly scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions that address their needs and accelerate their business and ability to innovate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an active pipeline and execute project plans for acquisitions of target companies, including diligence and business plan activities. This includes the identification, screening, evaluation, prioritization and relationship building of specific target companies within the scope of strategic growth objectives.
- Develop and cultivate an effective network of industry and investment executives for the company growth.
- Cultivate relationships with target customers and partners to gain trust and confidence as part of, and ahead of, the acquisition process
- Create and manage a repeatable process to most effectively identify, screen, evaluate, prioritize and engage with target companies.
- Increase the company’s ability to identify opportunities at an early stage and ahead of competitive interests
- Lead due diligence, negotiating agreements, including the coordination of internal financial, legal and functional teams as well as outside advisors
- Collaborate with the team and advisors to identify and evaluate growth and untapped opportunities
- Collect market and competitive intelligence
- Support the development of comprehensive customers integration plans, conduct on-going monitoring of post-acquisition integration, retention progress and performance.
- Uses platforms to define and report KPIs, optimizes retention strategies
Qualifications:

- Experience in an international environment is required.
- Undergraduate degree required. MBA would be a plus.
- **+4 years of experience in business development in a tech company is required.**:

- Fluent in presenting complex topics to various audiences.
- Fluent in English is a must. French is a big advantage
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
- Outstanding presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.
- Proven leadership, problem solving, project management skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the luxury industry is a big plus.
- Plus: experience in the following industries:

Conditions:

- Fully Remote, Flexible Part-Time.
- Company Located in Switzerland
- As part of the core team, the compensation for this role is done with project tokens at first and will progressively move to a fiat (CHF or USD) + token compensation.
