**Job Summary**
This role focuses on the assessment, design and execution of innovative solutions to build the Alcon infrastructure through diverse talent, teams and by strengthening organizational effectiveness to deliver on customer and patient outcomes.
On a regular basis collaborates with executive leaders, senior leaders and HR community to design and delivers organizational effectiveness initiatives to deliver on Alcon’s business strategy including org design, change management, team effectiveness, succession planning, executive coaching etc.

**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with ELT & HREC leaders to design, facilitate and monitor the Talent Review process and develop specific plans to address talent gaps & planned moved/succession
- Leverages assessment, personal observation & other talent data to develop an in-depth view on key talent & provide coaching to accelerate key talent
- Provides consulting, facilitation and on-going support to the business to support the continuous improvement of organization design and process improvement to deliver on Alcon’s business strategy
- Works with Senior Leadership and HREC to design and execute interventions to build high-performing teams. Provides consulting and coaching to build capabilities in the HRBP community
- Leverage the OCM curriculum to upskill, coach and mentor project leaders and embed change capability as part of everyday business practice
- Facilitation of workshops and initiatives through a combination of live and virtual sessions as required
- Assist with the design of training materials, scenarios, and combinations of live and virtual sessions to build HRBP capability
- Serve as a role model for others.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of years and education of directly related experience.
- Advanced degree in Organization Development or related field is strongly preferred.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent assessment, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Culture and Organizational Development experience and thought leadership across multiple levels
- Robust facilitation, coaching and consulting skills
- Success leading large-scale, organization-wide projects and changes
- Experience in using assessments to improve individual and team effectiveness
- Proven ability to implement organizational effectiveness solutions and to successfully lead change initiatives and manage large scale change
- Large scale organization change leadership experience.
- Expertise to include strategic design, development and implementation.
- Delivery in talent management practices and systems, talent/succession planning, leadership development and employee experience
- Additional expertise in organizational effectiveness and change management
