Director of Brand strategy

A major luxury brand is looking for a Director of Brand strategy to join its global Headquarters in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to best promote the brand globally.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Participate in the yearly global Marketing plan definition
- Ensure a global consistent brand image
- Develop a strategic plan, and set objectives for brand management activities in collaboration with other departments (Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, Digital, Corporate Communication )
- Manage omnichannel campaigns for key brand events worldwide, in collaboration with the local teams
- Plan and manage the worldwide Marketing projects roll-out
- Maintain a clear status report and retro-planning on Brand activities
- Manage an HQ team, and animate a local Marketing community
- Oversee competitive monitoring ; Conduct research to find new development opportunities and identifying potential threats
- Collect local feedbacks to make strategic recommendations and develop initiatives in the markets
- Monitor the Department activies’ ROI
- Draft reports and presentations for the Board and special events
- Manage communication and plannings among the markets and cross-functional teams to ensure they are provided with the latest updates

**Desired profile**:

- Master’s in Commerce/Marketing/Communication or MBA
- Senior experience in Marketing communications, campaigns development, execution and roll-out
- Managerial experience
- Previous experience in the US or in Asia
- Previous global HQ experience
- Previous experience within a Luxury Maison or a disruptive industry (Sport, Tech, Lifestyle )
- Fluent English
- Excellent Communication and Project management skills
- Open to business travels (up to 20%)
