**Your role**
- Are you an experienced and versatile banking lawyer with a strong interest into Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client business? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and international environment, within cross-divisional and cross
- functional teams, advising our internal stakeholders and clients on legal aspects and risks and tailor customized and sustainable solutions? We are looking for a new team colleague to:
- provide holistic legal guidance on strategic initiatives and projects affecting GFIW / UHNW business, including support with respect to applicable standards, regulatory developments and trends;
- advice on the GFIW specific global governance and risk framework and related risk aspects;
- validate new product or service initiatives for GFIW / UHNW clients including assessment of related new business initiatives and complex transactions as well as establishing respective frameworks and agreements;
- provide coordinated and holistic legal coverage and advise internal business partners and risk functions on legal aspects and GFIW / UHNW client requests, support establishing tailor-made solutions and set-ups, including drafting and negotiating of respective legal documentation and guidance;
- handling of pre-litigation complaint cases including establishment of settlement agreements.

**Your expertise**
- Swiss degree in law and admittance to the bar
- several years of practical experience in international banking or an international law firm focusing on banking topics
- experienced in working on complex legal and regulatory issues in a dynamic and varied environment
- strong collaboration and communication skills (in writing and verbal) including ability to deliver complex and challenging messages effectively to senior stakeholders
- practical and business-oriented mindset yet always striking a solid balance between business needs and the bank’s risk appetite to achieve sustainable solutions
- able to work under high pressure, challenging deadlines and expectations
- fluent in German and English (other languages are an asset)
