**Your role**
- Are you interested in launching investment funds for one of the world’s largest asset managers? Do you have expertise in advising the management companies of EU funds on a wide range of legal issues and practical experience drafting fund documents?
- We're looking for someone like that to join our team and:

- provide expert legal advice and guidance on fund management related questions (UCITS / AIFs / SFDR)
- draft legal documents in English (e.g. prospectus, agreements, notices, board resolutions/minutes, EGMs, mergers, management regulations, articles of incorporation)
- prepare submissions to regulators, arrange filings and act as point of contact to regulators
- collaborate with senior colleagues within Legal and our businesses / negotiate with third parties
- provide expert in house counsel on corporate law questions
- research, and advise on all manner of legal and regulatory questions
- analyze the impact that new regulations may have on business and clients
- stay up to date with fund regulatory developments across Europe
- support our strategic initiatives and projects
- carry out and co-ordinate administrative tasks

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Funds Legal Traditional team (EMEA & Switzerland) assisting UBS with the legal and regulatory obligations related to the funds they manage. We’re responsible for advising colleagues in UBS Asset Management which is a leading fund house in Europe, the largest mutual fund manager in Switzerland and one of the largest fund of hedge funds and real estate investment managers in the world with over USD 1 trillion in invested assets. We also advise colleagues in the product development and management team of Global Wealth Management.

**Your expertise**
- a university degree in Law
- in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg/EU fund regulation and corporate law requirements
- at least 5-6 years' experience in the finance sector
- proven skills in drafting legal documents in English
- strong written and verbal communicator in English
- known for hitting deadlines with good judgment and common sense
- focused on detail and organized
- highly responsive and responsible
- team player who is curious to learn, takes initiative and keen to help
- comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks
- result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
- happy to carry out administrative tasks alongside complex legal work
