We are currently supporting an internationally active and renowned Private Bank is recruiting for a position as Legal Counsel within the Wealth Management department.

Are you an experienced legal and regulatory expert with profound knowledge of investment processes and cross-border regulations?

Tasks

You are engaged in various projects and regulatory initiatives. In context to those projects and regulatory changes, you will draft contracts, client documentation and financial instrument product disclosure and translate complex regulatory requirements into simple business rules. You will coordinate globally with international stakeholders in various projects and initiatives to provide client-oriented solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Master in Law or similar education, preferably from a Swiss University is a key-criteria, bar admission would be an asset
- At least three years of professional experience at a law firm or a financial service provider (preferably private banking)
- Excellent knowledge of financial instruments, including distribution requirements and restrictions
- Expertise in Swiss banking and contract law, in particular financial markets regulations and cross-border rules
- Good communicator, ability to stay calm under pressure
