Our business unit is responsible for the comprehensive Fire Safety portfolio, a strong and growing pillar of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure. We work in close collaboration with our colleagues from Product Management, R&D, Sales and Marketing all over the world to guarantee the highest degree of customer satisfaction and commercial success. To strengthen our office in our HQ in Zug, we are currently looking for an Assistant. **Your new responsibilities**
- Full administrative support for the Global Fire Product Portfolio Head, Head of the European Fire Product Portfolio and their teams
- Plan and organize internal as well as external events such as visits by partners, customer meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments by aligning with other assistants
- Create ad hoc reports as well as presentations with PowerPoint, be a Key user of our time administration system (WebCats)
- Organize business trips of team members (international and domestic)
- Process expense reports and ensure timely submission (end to end), track travel expenditures and report frequently to Segment Head and Segment Head BA
- Lead functionally the assistants team, manage the split of tasks and support effective collaboration and high level of motivation; responsible for apprentice (if applicable)
- Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required in response to changing business requirements

**Your skills and experience**
- Well organized and proactive personality, able to provide timely, efficient and accurate administrative support to segment management and other team members. The ideal job owner demonstrates a high level of initiative, a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Proven practical work experience as a team assistant with outstanding organizational and time management skills, you are able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software - particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Discretion and confidentiality and a high degree of reliability, we look for a self-reliant person following up on tasks and to-do lists
- Prioritize and plan your workload efficiently. Ability to escalate issues appropriately in a timely and professional manner
- Open-minded, flexible and cooperative personality with the talent to communicate clearly in a courteous and professional manner with your stakeholders, readiness to react to ad-hoc requests
- Fluency in English and German is a must, Intercultural sensitivity and communication is expected as well
