We are a traditional Swiss company and maintain an international dialogue with our parent company Mediclinic Group (MCG) and the other divisions. - YOUR TASKS- Responsibility for the consolidation and further development of the existing principles, rules and processes in the area of Compensation & Benefits for the entire Hirslanden Private Hospital Group in close cooperation with the parent company Mediclinic Group - First point of contact and counselling for all topics related to the compensation strategy and the compensation process within the Hirslanden Group - Preparation and implementation of the annual salary review process and short-term variable remuneration for management - Link between HR and finance department - Providing data analysis including financial modelling and expert advice to all levels of management and HR on compensation programmes - Carrying out market comparisons (WTW, Swiss-ICT, Perinnova etc.) as well as identification and proactive action to address market trends in good time - Responsibility for carrying out formal job evaluations and benchmarking practices. - Close co-operation with the HR units in the clinics (specialist management lies with this position) - YOUR PROFILE- Higher education in business administration at university/university of applied sciences level and, if applicable, further training specialising in compensation & benefits - Several years of professional experience in a similar function - Sound knowledge of best practices in compensation and fringe benefits - Strong analytical and solution-orientated thinking, accuracy as well as sensitivity and responsibility in handling confidential information - High degree of initiative and self-organisation as well as a flair for numbers - Very proficient IT skills, especially in Excel and SAP HCM - Business fluent in written and spoken German and English Do you want to work in an innovative environment where you can use your strengths, know-how and skills to its full potential?
