**HR Manager** [Full / Part-Time (60%+)]**
- Starting date: as soon as possible_

Your tasks and responsibilities:_**
- Manage all HR related activities and processes including on-boarding, employee development, retention, off-boarding
- Coordinate and organize the recruitment process (placement of job ads, first screening, arrange interviews, reference calls,)
- Develop our People strategy and managing employee benefits and compensation
- Personnel and payroll administration including social insurances, pension fund, tax at source,
- Manage the employee database in bambooHR or an equivalent tool
- Monitor and report on salary metrics and other HR related metrics
- Working with the Leadership Team to develop and implement a robust company culture
- Providing employees with all the necessary tools and resources to thrive and to raise employee productivity
- Organize HR related activities and team events
- Help with day-to-day business administration tasks that needs to be done
- You lead and inspire people and act as a coach. You ensure Voliro continues to be a place at which talents love to work, engage and grow.

Your profile:_**
- Basic commercial education with further education in the field of HR Management or university degree in Business Administration and / or Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience as HR manager
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
- Profound knowledge in personnel and salary administration
- You are familiar with the Swiss employment system (Employment rules and rights, social insurances, pension fund, etc.)
- An effective user and promoter of the latest IT tools (we go paperless)
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a proactive and pragmatic mentality, hands-on and problem solving attitude
- Team player, open minded, autonomous, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
- Good command of spoken / written English and German
- Prior experience working in a growth or scaleup startup
- Prior experience working in a tech. company
- Experience with Legal, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration
- Experience with using the Google Workspace ecosystem, bexio, Jira, Confluence and bambooHR or comparable tools
- A good understanding of engineers :)
