In this role, you will be responsible for the business adoption of solutions that will enhance our company's performance, culture, and overall success.

The position is based in our Head office in Geneva, with reporting line to the Head of Investment.

About the Job
**Job Description**:
Process excellence

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Investment Division processes and their interdependencies
Ensure that processes and related procedures are up-to-date, published and available to all
Manage projects related to optimization or digitalization of tasks (plan, coordinate and monitor progress)
Organize training on processes to ensure that users have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform their roles
Develop and implement KPIs to measure and improve performance

Business Point of Contact (BPOC) for digital projects and/or existing digital solutions

Act as an interface between the business and the digital teams
Coordinate business related-tasks
Evaluate staff readiness for change and propose implementation plans
Support the business analysts in the documentation of requirements, specifications and test plan
Run User Acceptance Tests with the support of business experts
Create training material and deliver user trainings and learning programs
Provide Level 1 Support to the business during the hyper care and run phases
Monitor business adoption of the new solution
Regularly report to top management on the solution performance and on business users adhesion and make recommendations for future improvements.

Your Qualification

**Requirements**:
**You have the following skills and competencies**:
Bachelor or Master degree in business, engineering, or equivalent qualification and/or experience
Experience in change management, process improvement, business analysis, or a related field
Experience in the implementation of digital projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
You enjoy collaborating with others to reach common goal
You are comfortable to work in an international and multi-cultural workplace
You have an interest in impact finance and/or sustainable development
Fluent written and spoken English. French is a plus.
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required
