LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment and interim consulting firm, is recruiting for its client, an association, a Meeting & Project Coordinator M/F with fluent English (main language), for a full time permanent position.

**RESPONSABILITIES**

Reporting to the Director, and in close collaboration with the Secretariat team, the Meeting & Project Coordinator will contribute to the coordination of operations and the support of the activities of governing bodies (Assembly and Management Committees) and Working Groups (WGs).

You manage the following missions:

- Supporting the smooth running of meetings, including coordinating work with the Conference Organiser to ensure meetings are organised in line with requirements
- International meeting organization: coordination with the event agency, attend work events
- Coordinating the activities of governing bodies, and assisting with the implementation of their decisions
- Providing coordination support for different projects to facilitate the implementation of governing bodies decisions
- Supporting preparations of agendas, reports, work plans and other communications, particularly in relation to the areas of the coordinator’s support
- Supporting communication, including coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders (admin box management)

**PROFILE**

You are university graduated and you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an associative environment.

You must be fluent in English as this is the official language of the company. A C1 level in French is also required.

You have demonstrated experience in meeting and project coordination, with ability to plan and coordinate multiple parallel projects/activities. You are proficient in MS Office.

You have strong communication skills (oral and written) and strong analytical skills. You are an excellent team player. You are organized, able to work in multitasking environment and able to rapidly change priorities
