**The impact you can have**
As part of our dynamic growth, the Administration and Purchase team is looking for a new member to be based in Geneva, Switzerland. The team works closely together to deliver top-class service both externally and internally.
**On a daily basis, you will**:
- Be among the point of contact for purchases across the company
- Be the guardian of the process, seek the purchase approvals and perform orders
- Liaise with our Finance team for the payment and reconciliation of monthly statements
- Maintain a good relationship with main providers
- Verify and submit employee expenses through Expensify
- Proceed with web payments when necessary
- Follow up on deliveries to maintain the intranet pages up to date
- Contract management, support the Purchase team with contract filing and keeping global vendors list up to date
- Support the Purchase team
- Resolve issues related to purchase activities
- Participate in continuous internal process improvement
**The skills you will demonstrate**:
- Experience in a similar role or in an administrative position
- Experience in Procurement and Purchasing is an asset
- Sharp and attentive to detail
- Written and spoken fluency in both French and English
- Flexibility
- Strong organizational skills
- Be customer-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work as a team member, be able to share information, and support colleagues when needed
- Capabilities to work autonomously
