LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment and interim consulting firm, is recruiting for its client, an association, a Project Coordinator M/W with fluent English (main language), for a full-time permanent position.

**RESPONSABILITIES**

Reporting to the Director, and in close collaboration with the Secretariat team, the Project Coordinator will contribute to the coordination of operations and the support of the activities of governing bodies (Assembly and Management Committees) and Working Groups (WGs).

You coordinate the following missions:

- Project coordination: Development, planning, execution, monitoring and closure/report
- Preparing agendas, reports, work plans and other communications
- Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating specific projects
- Supporting the smooth running of biannual meetings and the web conferences

**PROFILE
You are university graduated and you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in similar environment e.g., association, non-profit organisation.

You must be fluent in English as this is the official language of the association. Proficiency in French is also an asset.

You have demonstrated experience in project management, with ability to plan and coordinate multiple parallel projects/activities. You are proficient in MS Office.

You have strong communication skills (oral and written) and strong analytical skills. You are an excellent team player. You are organized, able to work in multitasking environment and able to rapidly change priorities.
