**_General Internal Services (GIS) Coordinator
- **

The role of the GIS team is to ensure a functional and safe workplace for the staff members.
As GIS Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Human Resources & GIS. You will be primarily responsible for
the management and supervision of the Bank's refurbishment project, which includes planning, coordination and
supervision of works, costs and budget monitoring. You will also assist the GIS team in the development and
maintenance of operational and administrative activities, such as contractors’ relationships, insurances, general
building maintenance, contract files, security and reception services.

**MAIN TASKS**

Supervising the implementation of the Bank’s refurbishment’s plan in accordance with quality, safety and
environmental standards.

Coordinating the project phases and organizing the related logistics.

Following-up and ensuring compliance with the planning and the allocated budget.

Coordinating with other internal departments.

Participating in the selection of the service providers and defining the terms and conditions.

Ensuring work completion.

Maintaining close relationships with external contractors.

Conducting negotiations.

Organizing and managing the allocation of workplaces, office reconfigurations and internal moves.

Resolving issues and unexpected situations.

Assisting in the preparation of internal operating procedures.

Ensuring safety standards - analyzing existing security systems and processes and ensuring that they meet
health and safety requirements and comply with legislation.

Act as member of the security team.

Provide regular and accurate reporting.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Education in Facilities management, project management, security systems, infrastructure planning or
another related field.

At least 10 years of work experience in facilities management, planning and security.

Relevant experience in refurbishment of offices and internal moves of an institution.

Familiar with laws and regulations applicable for security and safety.

Acquaintance with budgeting principles.

Ability to conceive new ideas, plan and negotiate where necessary.

Hands-on attitude, multi-skilled, team spirit.

Flexibility and availability.

Strong customer-service focused attitude.

Ability to prioritize and react promptly.

Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Strong organizational skills.

Very good oral and written communication skills, both in English and French.

Demonstrated ability to draft clearly in French and English.

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Swiss resident.
