**Position summary**:
The main responsibility of the Visual assets database coordinator is to assist the Content and Image Manager in different tasks. Ensure that the Image library of the Foundation respects the guidelines in terms of naming, image quality, IP rights and caption.

**Responsibilities**:

- **M**aintaining the Visual assets database**:

- Ensure that the collected content (photos and videos) is cleared in terms of IP rights.
- Register all the photo and video assets on the image library with the appropriate copyrights and legends according to the defined classification.
- In charge of the maintenance of the Visual assets database platform and ensure the quality of the database including technical improvements.
- **Provide the visual assets to relevant stakeholders**:

- Share new assets with the relevant stakeholders in the Foundation
- Provide the relevant selection of photos for specific needs (press releases, communication tools etc.) to internal and external parties.
- **Maintain the Press Room Platform**:

- Upload visuals and Press releases in the Press room platform with due diligence.
- In charge of the quality of the Press room platform: ensure maintenance and technical improvements.
- **Specific mission - Homo Faber Event**:

- Coordinate with artisans and relevant stakeholders to collect photo and videos needed for communication needs prior to the event
- Assist on the planning, briefing and preparation of photographer’s contracts
- Onsite coordination with photographers for planning and assets collection
- Upload of visual assets on the database with due diligence
- Ensure prompt distribution of assets to external parties
- 1 year minimum of experience in digital visual asset classification
- Knowledge in visual communication and interest in the métiers d’art
- Familiar with Digital asset management systems
- Notions of IP rights
- Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
- Fluent in English and/or in French, Italian is an asset
- Rigorous, detail oriented and proactive
- Team Player
