**À propos du rôle**:
For our client, an asset management company, we are looking for a Junior Facility Coordinator to strengthen their team. You will be based in Geneva and work in an international and dynamic environment.
**Descriptif des tâches**:
- Assisting Reception with deliveries to the building
- Organising maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of the building management and access control system
- Various routine maintenance checks (Fire, Health and Safety)
- Collaborate with the facilities department, real estate agencies and other tenants in the building
**Nous recherchons**:
- A first experience as a Facilitiy Coordinator
- Ability to work independently with a practical and innovative approach
- Ability to to work with external constraints and to prioritse workload
- Fluent in French and in English ( minimum C1)
- User of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- An interest for the architecture or building site is a plus, technical background is required
- More than anything else, my client is looking for a personality : committed, hands-on, multitasking, with common sense, open-minded, flexible, approachable, dynamic and eager to learn

Working hours : standard, but some flexibility is required when needed
