We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Trade **Marketing Coordinator**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting and executing the annual retail & Wholesale marketing strategy through all marketing channels: events, CRM, visual merchandising & visibility, social media, promotional activities, etc
- Developing and supporting action plan to boost E-commerce boutiques and e-retailers
- Cost surveillance (Events, POS & Printing Material)
- Marketing Production Management (Print Material, Brochures, Price list, etc)
- Coordinating & planning training needs in cooperation with Retail and Wholesale Managers
- Planning and organizing the Retail Swiss launch events in line with the Montblanc international guidelines, as well as brand initiatives
- Supporting organization of trade fairs (SIHH, Black & White Weeks, etc.)
- The coordination with external agencies, suppliers and partners
- CRM activities (Promotions for RT and WS, Newsletter)
- Reporting: External & Internal MB marketing reports
- Proofreading of all the marketing material
- Communications to all the involved departments and sales channels of launch alerts and product changes
- Adhoc support as required by Management

- You will work very closely with the Retail and Wholesale departments to enable Montblanc to reach its targets on the Swiss market

**Your skills we are looking for**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, A trade marketing experience would be a plus
- Experience in the Watch, Jewelry, Leather Goods or Luxury industry is a plus
- Analytical mind-set and good creative and innovation skills
- Strong team spirit, autonomous, flexible and good communication skills
- Hands-on, results-driven with a high level of agility
- Thinking out of the box
- Languages**:Fluent in French and English and German**
