Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Personal Care Emea

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating Sales & Marketing efforts and providing administrative support to the Perfumery & Beauty, Personal Care Unit in the EMEA region. Your role will be pivotal in achieving strategic business objectives, in accordance with dsm-firmenich Global policies and authorization guidelines. You'll report directly to the VP of Personal Care for the EMEA region.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Arrange and support team meetings, customer meetings, tradeshows, and events, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, invoicing, and contracts.
- Monitor and coordinate mandatory trainings within the organization, aligning measures with the region.
- Participate in internal networks/communities to optimize resource sharing and knowledge exchange on digital tools.
- Assist the regional head with day-to-day administration and agenda management, while maintaining close liaison with commercial, marketing, and sales teams, providing necessary company information and IT tools.

**You bring**
- 3-5 years of professional experience ideally in an international, matrix, and virtual work environments.
- Solid background as a management assistant, business support professional, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools with a willingness to learn additional digital toolsets.
- Strong networking and social skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent English skills; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Effective communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset.
