**Location**: Basel, Switzerland
**Scope**: 50-80%
Tasks
- to support Finance and HR directors
- to participate in several small or part projects in the HR or Finance area
- to amending company documentation e.g., contract paperwork, reports
- to manage diaries, book travel, meetings etc.
- to support all office administrative duties - answering telephones, drafting, and filling correspondence, taking messages, booking meetings.
- to liaise with central team on queries relating to HR, Finance
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English and German
- Experience in Finance and HR - for instance invoicing, account receivable, staffing, employee enrolment etc.
- Ideally previous PA experience
- Great client communication skills
- Demonstratable IT skills; Power Point, Excel, MS Word
- Creative thinking, great organizational skills, quick decision making
- BA or MBA degree
