Job Details
Responsible for the development and implementation of both strategic and tactical plans that maximize profitable growth, return on investment and contribute to the achievement of the annual operating plan (AOP) for Haemonetics Vascular Closure. Through exceptional leadership will advance our mission, increase sales and create sustainable growth. Contributes to the development of the strategy, ensure the strategy is understood and develop tactics to execute upon it.
- Define and contribute to the definition of the distributor’s strategy for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Focus on the end market activity and dynamic, by working through distributors.
- Identify distribution partners that fit the Vascular Closure business strategy and can bring significant positioning on the markets. Build, with the distributors, market tailored penetration strategies that support business growth plans.
- Identify best commercialization channel and review on regular basis.
- In each market, perform a distributorship analysis in terms of commercial performance, contractual compliance performance, market share performance, etc.
- Overall, optimize the number of distributors to allow for a more direct management / partnership with the distributors. Bring a culture of managing the distributors as an extension of the direct sales channel.
- On those markets with clear growth / penetration potential, build a specific strategy to either strengthen the Distributorship relation or enter the markets in direct.
- Work collaboratively with our Regulatory teams to ensure proper registration of Haemonetics Vascular Closure core products.
- Partner with an international, cross-functional team (e.g. T&E, Marketing) to ensure Distributors are appropriately trained.
- Organize Distributor meetings and workshops to develop distributor partnerships and ensure strategic alignment.
Position can be based in Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland and/ or the UK.
- Qualifications and skills- 10 years experience in managing sales distribution networks-
- 5 years experience in managing sales in EMEA region-
- 5 years experience in managing sales through direct channel-
- Focused and tenacious person, who knows how to listen and consider the opinion of others-
- Adequate executive posture, suitable for the business environmentFluent English and other EMEA languages-
- Possesses a high degree of initiative-
- Excellent collaboration and team building skills-
