Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in design, UX, human-computer interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in interaction design.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in a User Experience (UX) Design role.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio or work samples showcasing UX design work.

**About the job**:
The Geo team creates experiences that empower people in the world to discover, go, and share, wherever they are. Our goal is to drive Privacy and Trust across Geo and Google. Building and keeping user trust is critical to how we build products.

In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary UX team across Geo to help us guide how we prioritize and staff critical work in Geo, create data-driven insights and frameworks to effectively guide and scale our work, establish partnerships across products and functions to ensure a cohesive narrative across all channels, and inform future Google products and strategy, as things change.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support critical Trust and Privacy launches and workstreams across Geo.
- Advocate for design excellence by focusing on user needs and attention to detail.
- Establish guidelines and best practices that shape Trust and Privacy experiences.
- Collaborate across Geo and Google to drive consistency across our experiences.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and high fidelity mockups
