**Your Responsibilities**:
- Refer people looking to buy or sell property
- Help prepare listings and gather property data
- Handle viewings, negotiations, or full transactions (optional)
- Grow into team mentorship and earn on others' success (optional)
- Eventually manage your own local office under the RENAS brand (optional)

**What We’re Looking For**:
- Fluent English speaker (company language)
- Motivated and organized self-starter
- Strong interpersonal or sales skills
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using a CRM system — training provided)
- Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not required
