**Our Mission**:
Antolac is a Zürich-based real estate tokenization startup that aims to revolutionize the real estate market by making it easily accessible for everyone.

Our mission is to make real estate a liquid asset and to enable everybody to become a landlord by investing securely and without years of real estate experience in high-quality properties. As we’re offering tokenized properties, investments are possible from low amounts on.

Our Team of five people is currently in the preparation of funding the company. We already defined the business & financial model, had several discussions with lawyers to define the legal setup and started the development of our product

**Your Role**:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the growth and success of the startup.

Manage financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and investments.

Act as a liaison between the company and external financial partners such as banks, investors, and auditors.

Participate in fundraising activities, such as preparing and presenting business plans to potential investors.

Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Manage and develop your finance team.

**Your Profile**:
3 years of experience in a financial leadership role, with experience in the real estate and/or technology industries being a plus.

Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a team of finance professionals.

A deep understanding of business operations and the ability to provide financial guidance and support to other departments and teams within the company.

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing startup environment.

An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, with a drive to support the company succeed and grow.
