**Remote Real Estate Assistant / Agent - Flexible Hours with Strong Growth Potential**

Whether you are entering the industry, transitioning careers, or bringing existing experience, the Pellarini Group provides the comprehensive tools, training, and support necessary for success.

**Key Responsibilities (select areas to specialize in or manage end-to-end)**
- Refer clients interested in buying or selling properties
- Support property listings by collecting information and preparing marketing materials
- Assist with property viewings, negotiations, and transaction coordination
- Develop your own client portfolio and personal brand, with the opportunity to manage a local office under the Pellarini Group brand based on performance

**What You Will Receive**
- Flexible, remote work with the ability to set your own schedule and work from home (with occasional property visits)
- Competitive commission structure with earnings up to 70%
- Continuous professional development and mentorship covering real estate fundamentals to leadership skills
- Full back-office support
- Clear and achievable career progression from independent agent to team leader or office partner
- Fluent in English (company working language)
- Legally authorized to work and be self-employed in Switzerland
- Highly motivated, dependable, and well-organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; sales or service experience is advantageous
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn (training provided)
- Real estate experience is beneficial but not required

**Compensation Structure**
- Commission-based compensation with additional performance incentives
- No quotas or hidden fees — transparent and performance-driven compensation

**Job Types**: Part-time, 90-100%, 80-100%, 60-80%, 40-60%, 20-40%, 10-20%, Fixed term, Side job

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
