**Product Development Process Manager**:

In this role you will be responsible to create and harmonize the processes for product development across multiple business lines and to ensure the adherence, efficiency, quality, and alignment of the products with the customer needs and market trends.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Analyze the current state of the product development processes across different business lines and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies.
- Design and implement new or improved processes for product development that are standardized, streamlined, and scalable across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and outcomes of the product development processes and pro-vide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as product managers, engineers, de-signers, and customers, to ensure the alignment and integration of the product development processes with the business goals and customer expectations.
- Enforce the adherence to the product development processes and ensure the compliance with the quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to the product development teams on the best practices and tools for product development.

**Your background**:

- Overall experience 10+ years, at least 5 years of experience in product development, project management, or process improvement in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing effective and efficient processes for product development across multiple business lines.
- Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
