**Your main tasks**:
- Identifying potential growth areas for Ypsomed Delivery Systems, contributing to the company's forward-thinking initiatives
- Lead financial analyses to determine the financial impact of proposed strategies and initiatives through commercial viability assessments
- Drive M&A target identification and selection, oversee and coordinate due diligence processes and activites
- Draft contracts, lead negotiations, and facilitate the closure of collaboration deals with innovation and technology partners (both in-licensing and out-licensing)
- Conduct thorough market analyses to understand customer requirements, assess pipelines, and identify end-user needs. Utilize these insights to develop innovative product/service offerings
- Represent the company by actively participating in relevant trade fairs and network with customers and partners across the pharmaceutical supply chain
**Your profile**:
- Higher education in Business, Strategy, Engineering or Natural sciences
- 3+ years of experience (ideally within a strategy consultancy or internal strategy/Innovation team)
- Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and creative approach to problem solving
- Negotiation & contract management
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working on multiple and competing projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across both technical and commercial disciplines
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
