**Your main tasks**:

- Lead projects with our global pharma customers to create digital health / therapy management solutions that enhance therapy outcomes
- Manage and drive customer relations while liaising with our internal stakeholders and external partners
- Prepare and run internal and external innovation workshops to co-create compelling product ideas
- Be on top of market trends and generate competitor insights in the digital health space
- Identify new opportunities and partnerships to enhance our product and extend our product portfolio
- Work with senior management on the strategic positioning and pricing of our digital therapy management solutions
- Support business development activities such as creating slide decks, participate in customer meetings and attend conferences

**Your profile**:

- Prior experience of at least five years within life science industry is considered a benefit
- Good knowledge of the digital health landscape or willingness to acquire it
- Prior work experience in consulting and/or start-ups is a plus
- Agile (Scrum) experience advantageous
- Analytical and strategic capabilities with strong communication skills
- Empathy and a sense of humor
- Excellent English language skills
- Based in Switzerland, able to relocate or willing to travel to Switzerland frequently
