**Your main tasks**:
- Manage marketing initiatives that engage, from conception to implementation, across digital and analog touchpoints.
- Drive the creation of compelling content, ranging from blog posts to case studies, that educate and inform, while collaborating with internal teams.
- Enhance our digital footprint, managing our website content and aligning with social media initiatives to construct a cohesive and powerful online presence.
- Partner with the Communications team in Solothurn, providing input for the creation of marketing campaigns and collaterals that echo our brand's voice.
- Engage in thoughtful analysis of competitors' marketing strategies, gathering insights to inform and enhance our own marketing approaches.
- Analyze and report on our marketing activities, translating data into actionable insights that measure impact and drive success.
- Foster lead generation through targeted strategies, pinpointing and engaging potential clients with precision.
- Ensure project timelines are met with adept deadline tracking, coordinating with contributors to guarantee consistent content flow and on time publishing.
**Your profile**:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a history of successful management of initiatives and campaigns, content creation, and digital marketing
- Adept at marketing research, with a keen eye for industry trends and B2B customer behavior
- Organized and diligent in tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and maintaining workflow
- Analytical mindset, skilled in interpreting metrics and delivering insights
- You have a hands on mentality
- Excellent communication abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
