**Your main tasks**:

- Translate market trends, customer requirements and user needs into products and service offerings
- Lead commercial aspects of product and service innovation (e.g. business case analysis)
- Structure and secure partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and technology partners
- Contribute to identify and assess future growth areas for Ypsomed Delivery Systems
- Strategic positioning and external communication of new offerings incl. promotional strategy
- Participation in relevant trade fairs and networking with partners and suppliers

**Your profile**:

- Team player with entrepreneurial acting, a strong customer orientation and a flair for technology
- Experience in the design, development and commercialization of new products and services
- Ability to structure partnerships and commercial agreements with development partners and pharma
- Proven sales and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills with a positive problem solving attitude
- Experienced in working in a matrix organization
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
- Higher education or equivalent studies in business, engineering or natural sciences
