Your responsibilities
As our "Head Digital Procurement Solutions" you will be leading the design, the build, the operations and the continuous improvement of our various digital Procurement and Marketplace solutions. You are a key contributor executing our Chain IQ Strategy 2030 aiming for achieving a market-leading digital procurement position.
Our "Head Digital Procurement Solutions" is closely engaged with clients, suppliers and technology partners to create a top-notch digital Procurement and Marketplace solutions. The curation of content and supplier network including necessary sales activities are a core task.
You collaborate closely with our Category Managers to finetune the specific category strategies, with our Client Engagement Managers to sell and implement our Procurement and Marketplace solution and with our Digital/IT team to set-up and improve our digital procurement offering.
As "Head Digital Procurement Solutions" you are leading a team of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and Catalog Experts. You report directly to our Group CIO and you are a member of the "CIO leadership team".
You will combine your years of proven P2P/Marketplace process and digital solutions expertise and your excellent networking skills with a never-ending quest to create an innovative digital Procurement and Marketplace through solid engineering practices. You will work in a fast paced, highly professional, and collaborative environment - one that encourages the creation of convincing solutions that are in the best interests of our clients and stakeholders globally.
You lead the creation, building, implementation, operation, and ongoing development of our Procurement & Marketplace solutions You activate, build and maintain high quality business relationships with clients, executives, business partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders in relevant markets You convince high quality partners to join a great Procurement and Marketplace solution and build lively professional digital Procurement solutions which is adding value to all stakeholdersYour profile:
We are looking for a senior, experienced personality with deep knowledge in indirect procurement and broad expertise in P2P/Marketplace processes and digital solutions. You like to take responsibility and work independently by applying a very structured, solution- and implementation-oriented approach. You value teamwork, have a winning personality and a very well established, proven c-level network. You have excellent communication skills and are successful in motivating and convincing partners to join our Procurement & Marketplace offering. You have got strong intercultural competence and experience with business relationships specifically with Romania and India.
