For our client, a large IT Consulting company headquartered in Germany, but that counts with a global presence spreaded across Europe, Asia and North America, we are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused

Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Vos missions

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients by driving technical excellence, ensuring best practices, and optimizing solution architecture. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business success.

Your Main Responsibilities include:

Solution Architecture

  • Develop and define solution architectures tailored to client needs
  • Lead solution modeling workshops to align business requirements with technology
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services within the defined scope

Technical Architecture

  • Oversee the technical architecture for client projects
  • Drive, guide, and manage the application lifecycle (ALM) processes
  • Enforce implementation and deployment best practices

Consulting Excellence

  • Introduce and implement best practice solutions
  • Prepare and define the Statement of Work (SOW) and effort estimations
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Consultants, and Developers to deliver client solutions

Other Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop young talent within the team
  • Conduct best practice training sessions
  • Support presales activities and business development efforts
Vos compétences
  • Proven experience in solution and technical architecture for Microsoft CRM, gained in a recognized Microsoft consulting environment
  • Strong expertise in application lifecycle management (ALM) and deployment processes
  • Hands-on experience with best practice frameworks and consulting methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least a C1 level in both the languages)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and developing talent is a plus
